Ms. Goodloe focuses her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Law, Business Law and Estate Planning.
Ms. Goodloe advises clients on residential real estate transactions, entity formation, and general business matters. Her practice includes guiding buyers, sellers, and business owners through each stage of a transaction. She provides strategic counsel on entity selection and formation, governance considerations, and ongoing operational needs. She is committed to delivering practical solutions that align with her clients’ long-term goals.
In her Estate Planning practice, Ms. Goodloe concentrates on advising clients on wills, trusts, asset protection, and estate administration. She works with clients to develop estate plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and assists families throughout the probate and trust administration process.
Ms. Goodloe earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish, graduating magna cum laude from Colgate University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
