  • Real Estate Associate Attorney, $80,000- $100,000

    Wladis Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing real estate practice in Syracuse. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both residential and commercial real estate law, along with exposure to general business and corporate matters. Applicants must have a strong interest in real estate law, business law, and general corporate matters and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. While prior experience in real estate is not required, a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive team environment is essential.

    We provide excellent compensation and employee benefits that include medical, dental and life insurance, paid vacation, paid maternity/paternity leave, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, and access to a financial planner at no cost our employees. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 annually and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Salary range does not include an annual bonus potential tied to performance metrics.

    Wladis Law Firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our growing legal team in Syracuse, NY. The Litigation Associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including environmental litigation, real estate disputes, business litigation, and other general litigation cases. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in all phases of litigation. This position also offers mentorship and the chance to grow professionally within a dynamic and collegial team. Applicants must have excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
