Mr. Doolittle primarily focuses his practice on Estate Planning. He counsels clients concerning estate planning and administration, as well as asset preservation for individuals.
Prior to joining the Wladis Law Firm, Mr. Doolittle was employed by a national law firm focusing on insurance defense litigation in Syracuse, New York.
Mr. Doolittle is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Honors College. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. While attending Wake Forest, Mr. Doolittle was a participant in the Wake Forest Elder Law Clinic, providing free legal counsel to low-income seniors regarding estate planning, Medicaid planning, and consumer rights.
Mr. Doolittle is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates and Elder Law/Special Needs Law Sections. Tim lives in his hometown of Manlius, New York, with his wife and child.
