Justin S. Furry

Mr. Furry maintains a practice primarily concentrated in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.

He focuses on matters concerning residential and commercial real estate transactions, banking and finance, and the reviewing and drafting of contracts. He also counsels clients on the formation and operation of entities including sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, general partnerships, and not-for-profit corporations. Mr. Furry works with municipalities and public authorities on a variety of governmental relations and operational matters, including financing and drafting, revising local laws, and collective bargaining.

Mr. Furry graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Toledo and cum laude with a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. At the College of Law, he served as student attorney for the Securities Arbitration & Consumer Law Clinic where he provided free legal counsel to low-income clients concerning various consumer and financial issues. He also served as a Senior Articles Editor for the College of Law’s Journal of Global Rights and Organizations.
