Jillian Brodock

Ms. Brodock primarily practices in the areas of real estate, trusts and estates and corporate law.

Her practice focuses on matters involving residential real estate transactions, the drafting of contracts and corporate documents as well as estate planning. She advises clients regarding the formation of entities including limited liability companies, corporations and not-for profit corporations and also works with clients to draft shareholder agreements, ownership agreements and other transactional documents that help clients achieve their corporate goals.

Ms. Brodock is also involved in estate planning and assists clients in creating complex and customized estate portfolios. She also handles estate administration and probate proceedings.

Ms. Brodock graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and a minor in French from Marist College and cum laude with a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
